PPT Extends Volunteer Efforts By Joining Volunteer Business Council HUNTSVILLE, AL, – PPT Solutions (PPT) has extended their commitment to community involvement and volunteerism by joining the Volunteer Business Council, sponsored by the Madison County Volunteer Center. Each month, PPT Solutions meets with other companies such as Boeing, Redstone Federal Credit Union, Northrop Grumman and Toyota Motor Manufacturing to address the needs of the community. PPT plans to utilize its Business Volunteer Council membership to provide employees with a range of volunteer opportunities. Each year, PPT gives its employees an additional eight hours of paid time off, provided that they participate in a day of service to any program the Volunteer Center sponsors. PPT has designated an internal company representative to serve as the PPT Volunteer Chair and coordinate the company's volunteer efforts. “PPT Solutions’ ensures people, process and technology are working together to achieve optimum performance,” said PPT President, Jim Reeb. “The people component is the most critical focus of our work, whether we are providing a service to a client or the community. PPT encourages employee participation and supports the volunteer council. In this way, PPT can give back to the community and make a positive impact to the North Alabama region.”
